Abstract

A case of solitary osteolytic lesion in the parietal bone in an otherwise asymptomatic patient is reported. Skull radiographs showed a radio-lucent lesion with well-defined margins without sclerotic reaction, CT scan demonstrated a mass that markedly enhanced extending from the epidural to the subcutaneous space of the parietal region.
