Paraneoplastic vasculitic neuropathy (PVN) is a rare paraneoplastic syndrome characterized by non-systemic subacute vasculitic neuropathy. The two cancers most commonly associated with PVN are small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and lymphomas. Neuropathy varies from mononeurotherapy multiplex to symmetrical polyneuropathy.
