Limbic encephalitis (encephalopathy) is a rare paraneoplastic syndrome which rarely responds to antineoplastic therapy. The authors report the first case of limbic encephalopathy associated with testicular carcinoma and the first histologically confirmed encephalopathy which responded to antineoplastic therapy of the associated neoplasm.
