The Logic of Epistemic Inconsistent (LEI) Pequeno & Buchsbaum 91] is a paraconsistent logic rstly proposed to properly represent a scenario where connicting evidences arise from practical reasoning under incomplete and inaccurate knowledge. In such a situation, it is reasonable to take the attitude of tolerating epistemic contradictions under the same set of knowledge without trivialising it.
