Background:Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most lethal malignancies with a mortality that is almost identical to incidence. Because early detected PDAC is potentially curable, blood-based biomarkers that could detect currently developing neoplasia would improve patient survival and management.
