Pancreatic tuberculosis is a rare condition which should be considered in patients with a pancreatic mass, particularly if the patient is young, not jaundiced, from an area of high TB prevalence with a normal ERCP. We report a case of pancreatic tuberculosis due to Mycobacterium tuberculosis with reduced sensitivity to rifampicin and isoniazid, that was treated with rifabutin, ciprofloxacin, ethambutol and pyrazinamide following clinical failure of first-line therapy.
