BACKGROUND In this case report, the authors discuss the presentation and treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma in a pregnant woman. Pancreatic adenocarcinoma is extremely rare in the pregnant patient. Only three cases of pancreatic adenocarcinoma diagnosed antepartum have been reported.
