In this paper, we propose a Proxy Mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6)-based architecture for Follow Me Cloud (FMC), a concept whereby mobile users are always connected to their optimal Data Centers via their optimal data anchor gateways, enabling not only data but also services to follow users.
