Summary The methanol: acetone: water (70: 20: 10) stem extract of Jatropha curcas L., is used in Traditional African Medicine (TAM) as wound healing agent. However, the scientific basis for this usage has not been established. The present study used to evaluate the wound healing potential of Jatropha curcas L. stem bark using pharmacological models.
