Plug-in electric vehicle (PEV) charging stations couple future transportation systems and power systems. That is, PEV driving and charging behavior will influence the two networks simultaneously. This paper studies optimal planning of PEV fast-charging stations considering the interactions between the transportation and electrical networks.
