Dear Sir, We read with great interest the recently published Image of the Month by Lhommel et al. “Yttrium-90 TOF PET scan demonstrates high-resolution biodistribution after liver SIRT” [1]. The authors used a high-end time-of-flight (TOF) PET/CT in order to detect the annihilation photons that occur after internal pair formation in Y [2–4].
