In this paper Hadamard and companding Transform is combined with trellis shaping (TS) to reduce peak to average power ratio (PAPR) of a discrete wavelet transform (DWT) based orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system. Here DWT-OFDM is combined with coded modulation to improve reliability. Bit interleaved coded modulation (BICM) is used with DWT-OFDM to gain good error performance.
