Our previous studies have demonstrated that oxysophoridine (OSR) has protective effects on cerebral neurons damage in vitro induced by oxygen and glucose deprivation. In this study, we further investigated whether OSR could reduce ischemic cerebral injury in vivo and its possible mechanism.
