Oxidation-labile subfraction of human plasma low density lipoprotein isolated by ion-exchange chromatography.

We isolated subfractions of human plasma low density lipoprotein (LDL) using ion-exchange chromatography. Plasma LDL from normolipidemic subjects were applied to a DEAE Sepharose 6B column.
