OBJECTIVE In the present studies, we have investigated if aorta, like heart from deoxycorticosterone acetate (DOCA)-salt hypertensive rats, (HR) also exhibit enhanced expression of G-protein levels and if these alterations occur before or after the development of blood pressure.
