To study the outcomes of treatment with intravitreal ganciclovir injection for cytomegalovirus (CMV) retinitis in patients without Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection. In this retrospective cohort study, demographic and clinical characteristics of patients with CMV retinitis without HIV were noted.
