OBJECTIVE We evaluated the outcome of fetuses diagnosed with having congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) on ultrasonographic examination and managed conservatively. METHODS A retrospective study of 19 cases of CCAM diagnosed antenatally in our hospital was conducted between 1990 and 2001.
