Osteopoikilosis (osteopathia condensans disseminata, spotted bones) is an asymptomatic osteosclerotic dysplasia initially described by Albers-Schönberg in 1915 (1). This rare hereditary condition is usually noticed radiologically as an incidental finding of diagnostic sclerotic lesions.
