We report a case of ossifying fibroma involving the paranasal sinuses, orbit, and anterior cranial fossa. Ossifying fibroma is a benign fibro-osseous tumor, rarely involving the anterior cranial base. The patient was admitted because of exophthalmos and diplopia.
