OBJECTIVES We report a case of orofacial granulomatosis successfully treated with low-level laser therapy (LLLT). STUDY DESIGN LLLT was delivered through a diode laser device (Lasemar Eufoton, Trieste, Italy) with the use of a 4-cm defocalized lens and power of 1 W.
