When faced with paying tribute to a great endocrine surgeon such as Dr. Orlo Clark, one can adopt multiple ways of exploring the influence that he has had on a field. In the pages that follow, I will focus on only one aspect of Dr. Clark’s legacy as a surgical educator and role model for hundreds of physicians and surgeons.
