  • Melt blends of polycarbonate (PC) and poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) were characterized by their transesterification and crystallization behaviour using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT i.r.) as well as nuclear magnetic resonance (n.m.r.) spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry (d.s.c.).
