Objective: To evaluate the role of orally administered vasoactive medication in the management of intermittent claudication. Setting: We limited our study to the products on the market in Belgium: cinnarizine, cyclandelate, isoxsuprine, naftidrofuryl, pentoxifylline, xanthinol nicotinate and buflomedil.
