Rod bodies are found in skeletal muscle biopsies in congenital nemaline myopathy (CNM), in adult onset nemaline myopathy (AONM) and in different muscle disorders CNM are well defined nosologicai entities, AONM are rare, their pathophysiology remains obscure. Association with monoclonal gammopathy (MG) was present in three previous cases. We describe two additional cases.
