A child is reported with green hypoplastic teeth in both dentitions, resulting from hyperbilirubinemia biliary atresia. Following liver transplantation, labial hirsutism, gingival hyperplasia and herpes labial, were seen as a consequence of cyclosporin therapy and iatrogenic immunosuppression.
