This study examined gray matter (GM) volume abnormalities in first-episode, antipsychotic-naïve Indian schizophrenia patients. Magnetic resonance images of 18 schizophrenia patients and 18 matched healthy comparison subjects were analyzed by optimized voxel-based morphometry.
