Cellulase is an important industrial enzyme which can be obtained from cheap agrowastes. Pakistan is an agriculture country, producing tons of waste in the form of wheat straw, rice bran, sugarcane bagasee, corn cobs, corn stover etc. The aim of the present study was to produce cellulase by using abundant agrowastes like corn cobs.
