  • The adsorption and desorption capacities of four kinds of macroporous adsorption resins,D-101,DM-130,AB-8 and NKA-9 were compared.The results showed that AB-8 resin had the best adsorption and desorption capability.And the optimum technology parameters for adsorption were feeding concentration 0.486 mg / mL,flow rate 2 BV / h and feeding volume 4 BV;for desorption were 80%(volume fraction) alcohol as elution solvent,flow rate 1.5 BV / h and elution volume 3 BV.After treated with AB-8,the yield… CONTINUE READING
