A new protocol was established for sugarcane (Badila) rapid propagation in a temporary immersion bioreactors system (TIBs).It was revealed that a multiplication rate of 46 times in one subculture was obtained in TIBs,and the most suitable starting material was the fourth subcultured plantlets and the most suitable density inoculums was 10-15 plantlets per liter medium for TIBs culture.It also demonstrated that 0.5-1.0 mg/L 6-BA was suitable for multiplication and 4 mg/L NAA was better for… CONTINUE READING
