Manganese Steels have extensively application in industries due to good resistance to wear, high work hardening capability with high toughness and ductility. Carbon increasing in manganese Steels leads to produce grain boundaries carbides, that cannot be eliminate by long heat treatment. Thus the mechanical properties decrease.
