In this paper, we provide an operational criterion for controlled dense coding (CDC) with a general class of three-qubit partially entangled states. A general three-qubit pure entangled state can be classified into two inequivalent classes according to their genuine tripartite entanglement. We claim that if a three-qubit state shows entanglement characteristic similar to Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ)-class, then such non-trivial tripartite states are useful in CDC whereas states belonging… Expand

Optimal quantum channel for perfect controlled super-dense coding protocol
TLDR
This work addresses the issue of how to prepare the quantum channel which is optimal in the sense that no cbits can be transmitted with certainty without the controller's cooperation and calculates and analyzing the control power for specific quantum channels to figure out the one that is optimal. Three qubits can be entangled in two inequivalent ways
Invertible local transformations of a multipartite system are used to define equivalence classes in the set of entangled states. This classification concerns the entanglement properties of a singleExpand
Entangled three-qubit states without concurrence and three-tangle.

By studying the Coffman-Kundu-Wootters inequality, it is found that, while the amounts of inequivalent entanglement types strictly add up for pure states, this "monogamy" can be lifted for mixed states by virtue of vanishing tangle measures. Expand
Controlled Dense Coding Using the Maximal Slice States
In this paper we investigate the controlled dense coding with the maximal slice states. Three schemes are presented. Our schemes employ the maximal slice states as quantum channel, which consists ofExpand
Transformation of bipartite non-maximally entangled states into a tripartite W state in cavity QED
We present two schemes for transforming bipartite non-maximally entangled states into a W state in cavity QED system, by using highly detuned interactions and the resonant interactions betweenExpand
The states of W-class as shared resources for perfect teleportation and superdense coding
As we know, the states of triqubit systems have two important classes: GHZ-class and W-class. In this paper, the states of W-class are considered for teleportation and superdense coding, and they areExpand
Three-tangle for mixtures of generalized GHZ and generalized W states
We give a complete solution for the three-tangle of mixed three-qubit states composed of a generalized Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) state, a|000+b|111, and a generalized W state,Expand
Efficient schemes for deterministic joint remote preparation of an arbitrary four-qubit W-type entangled state
We present three schemes for the joint remote state preparation (JRSP) of an arbitrary four-qubit W-type entangled state with complex coefficients via four and two three-qubit GHZ states as theExpand
Controlled Quantum Dense Coding in a Four-particle Non-maximally Entangled State via Local Measurements
A controlled quantum dense coding scheme is investigated with a four-particle non-maximal quantum channel. The amount of classical information is shown to be capable of being controlled by theExpand

Any pure or mixed entangled state of two systems can be produced by two classically communicating separated observers, drawing on a supply of singlets as their sole source of entanglement. Expand
Controlled Dense Coding with Symmetric State
Two schemes, introducing the projective operator and the auxiliary qubit respectively, for controlled dense coding are investigated by using a three-qubit symmetric state with entanglement, where theExpand
