Based on the spectral statistics obtained in numerical simulations on three dimensional disordered systems within the tight–binding approximation, a new superuniversal scaling relation is discovered that is independent from the initial (orthogonal, unitary or symplectic) symmetry of the system. This relation shows a strong evidence for the one–parameter scaling existing for such a second order phase transition.
