Primary peritoneal malignant mixed müllerian tumors (MMMTs) are extremely rare and highly aggressive malignancies associated with poor clinical prognoses. We present a clinicopathologic review of three cases of this rare tumor by examining expression of selected oncoproteins by immunohistochemistry.
