Once-daily single-tablet regimens represent the paramount simplification of antiretroviral treatment achieved so far. They include drugs with favorable pharmacokinetics that allow once-daily administration, that do not need dose adjustments, have no additional toxicities, and do not require dissimilar intake conditions.
