    • SummaryTwo species of Antarctic acanthonotozomatid amphipods (Echiniphimedia hodgsoni and Maxilliphimedia longipes) have been investigated in regard to their food preference. Examinations of food remains in foreguts and midguts indicate that Echiniphimedia hodgsoni feeds on sponges and Maxilliphimedia longipes ingests Cnidaria.
