Habitats, phenology, food plants of adults and larvae, feeding, mating and egg-laying, the development of the larvae and pupae, and the natural enemies of Lixus paraplecticus L., L. elegantulus Boh., L. angustus Hbst., L. albomarginatus Boh., L. linnei Faust, and L. cylindrus F. were studied. Data on the geographic distribution, conservation, and economic importance of these species are given.
