Abstract Measurements of the electrical resistivity and Hall-coefficient on single crystal In 2 S 3 , grown by chemical transport reaction, revealed that these quantities determined at room temperature cover more than six decades. All crystals were found to be of n -type conductivity. The high resistivity samples showed as the most striking feature an exponential increase of the Hall-mobility with temperature.
