In this paper the classification results of compressed sensed ECG signals based on various types of projection matrices is investigated. The compressed signals are classified using the KNN (K-Nearest Neighbour) algorithm. A comparative analysis is made with respect to the projection matrices used, as well as of the results obtained in the case of the original (uncompressed) signals for various compression ratios.
