Abstract

Let K be a compact semisimple Lie group, T ⊂ K a maximal torus and Oλ the coadjoint orbit of the strongly dominant weight λ ∈ Lie(T ). We identify Oλ with the quotient G/B, where G is the complexification of K and B a certain Borel subgroup.
