This paper addresses the diagnosis of hybrid systems switching between operating modes that undergo saturation behaviors. It proposes to generate non-linear parameterized ARRs, and to account for all regions of linear behavior, i.e. nominal, faulty and saturation regions, with automata representing the transitions between them at the level of each component.
