  • We study the existence and uniqueness of solution for a class of equations of the form Σ m i=0 a i y (i) (t) + b a Φ(α) y (α) (t)dα = h(t), where y (α) (t) is the Riemann Liouville fractional derivative, in the space of tempered distributions. Such equations arise in the distributed derivatives models of linear viscoelasticity.
