We discuss some aspects of the Horava-Lifshitz cosmology with different matter components considered as dominants at different stages of the cosmic evolution (each stage is represented by an equation of state pressure/density = constant). We compare cosmological solutions from this theory with their counterparts of General Relativity (Friedmann cosmology). At early times, the Horava-Lifshitz cosmology contains a curvature-dependent dominant term which is stiff matter-reminiscent and this fact…

Holographic energy density on Hořava-Lifshitz cosmology

In Ho\v{r}ava-Lifshitz cosmology we use the holographic Ricci-like cut-off for the energy density proposed by L. N. Granda and A. Oliveros and under this framework we study, through the cosmic

A phase space description of the FLRW quantum cosmology in Hořava–Lifshitz type gravity

Quantum cosmology of the Friedmann-Robertson-Walker model with cosmological constant in the Ho$\check{\rm r}$ava-Lifshitz type gravity is studied in the phase space by means of the Wigner function.

Global dynamics of the Hořava–Lifshitz cosmological system

Using the qualitative theory of the differential equations we describe the global dynamics of the cosmological model based on Hořava–Lifshitz gravity in a Friedmann–Lemaitre–Robertson–Walker space

Global Dynamics of the Hořava–Lifshitz Cosmological Model in a Non-Flat Universe with Non-Zero Cosmological Constant

When the cosmological constant is non-zero, the dynamics of the cosmological model based on Hořava–Lifshitz gravity in a non-flat universe are characterized by using the qualitative theory of

Global dynamics of Hořava–Lifshitz cosmology with non-zero curvature and a wide range of potentials

The global dynamics of a cosmological model based on Hořava–Lifshitz gravity in the presence of curvature is described by using the qualitative theory of differential equations.

Power-law entropy-corrected new holographic dark energy in Horava–Lifshitz cosmology

Purpose of this paper is to study power-law entropy-corrected holographic dark energy (PLECHDE) in the frame work of Horava–Lifshitz cosmology with Granda–Oliveros (G-O) IR-cutoff. Considering

Aspects of Horava-Lifshitz cosmology

We review some general aspects of Horava-Lifshitz cosmology. Formulating it in its basic version, we extract the cosmological equations and we use observational data in order to constrain the

Matter bounce in Horava-Lifshitz cosmology

Horava-Lifshitz gravity, a recent proposal for a UV-complete renormalizable gravity theory, may lead to a bouncing cosmology. In this article we argue that Horava-Lifshitz cosmology may yield a

Hořava-Lifshitz Quantum Cosmology

In this work, a minisuperspace model for the projectable Hoyrava-Lifshitz (HL) gravity without the detailed balance condition is investigated. The Wheeler-deWitt equation is derived and its solutions

Hořava–Lifshitz dark energy

We formulate Hořava–Lifshitz cosmology with an additional scalar field that leads to an effective dark energy sector. We find that, due to the inherited features from the gravitational background,

Scalar field perturbations in Hořava-Lifshitz cosmology

We study perturbations of a scalar field cosmology in Hořava-Lifshitz gravity, adopting the most general setup without detailed balance but with the projectability condition. We derive the

Cosmology of the Lifshitz universe

We study the ultraviolet complete non-relativistic theory recently proposed by Hořava. After introducing a Lifshitz scalar for a general background, we analyze the cosmology of the model in

Cosmological perturbations in Horava-Lifshitz theory without detailed balance

In the Horava-Lifshitz theory of quantum gravity, two conditions - detailed balance and projectability - are usually assumed. The breaking of projectability simplifies the theory, but it leads to

Oscillating universe in Hořava-Lifshitz gravity

We study the dynamics of isotropic and homogeneous universes in the generalized Horava-Lifshitz gravity, and classify all possible evolutions of vacuum spacetime. In the case without the detailed
