This paper proposes an algorithm to compute the optimal switching cost from the dynamic programming Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) equations. For the optimal switching control problem, the HJB equation is a system of quasi-variational inequalities (SQVIs) coupled by a nonlinear operator.
