–decay rate of the free neutron, which are of thesame order of magnitude [18], the discrepancy ofabout 4% can be attributed to the contributions ofthe scalar and tensor versions of hadronic weak in-teractions [4] (see also [19]), but it is hardly worthto discuss these contributions in connection withthe bound-state β
