Olfactory groove meningioma is a rare clinical entity. The principal symptoms associated with olfactory groove meningiomas are anosmia and headache which lead the patient to the ENT specialist. Frontal sinusitis, migraine and neuralgia are most frequent incorrect diagnoses.
