Loss of olfactory function is one of the main symptoms in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. This prospective, non-randomized interventional study reports five years results of olfaction of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in conjunction with topical medical treatment.
