Oesophageal atresia and tracheo-oesophageal fistula patients are known to have associated anomalies. Malrotation is a dangerous diagnosis to miss. The association of oesophageal atresia and tracheo-oesophageal fistula with malrotation is known but not quantified and certainly not emphasised enough in the literature.
