TLDR
Differences in the susceptibility between genotypes were observed for plants aged 30 and 60 days, which could constitute useful information for producers in the choice of cultivars under moderate climate and could be explored in breeding programs. Expand
Biological and chemical control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum using Trichoderma spp. and Ulocladium atrum and pathogenicity to bean plants
Four isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were tested for pathogenicity in IPA-10 variety bean plants (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), and all were pathogenic. Biological control in vitro was evaluated usingExpand
Biological and Chemical Control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum The Pathogen of Basal Stalk Rot of Bean Plants .
Five isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were isolated and tested for their pathogenicity on, cv. Giza-3, bean plants (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), and all of them proved to be pathogenic .BiologicalExpand
Reaction of brazilian cotton genotypes to white mold depends on pathogen aggressiveness and incubation conditions
TLDR
It was observed that the growth chamber environment provided more adequate conditions for S. sclerotiorum infection, thus allowing better selection of resistant cotton genotypes, and UPGMA and Tocher grouping methods confirmed that the evaluated genotypes differ from each other in resistance to white mold. Expand
Validation of an in vitro system to trigger changes in the gene expression of effectors of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum
TLDR
A new in vitro system able to mimic the conditions of interaction with the host and promote the induction of S. sclerotiorum effectors is proposed and validated. Expand
Cotton in Brazil: Importance and Chemical Control of Bolls Rot
The current world production of cotton is approximately 25.10 million tons and it has being produced by more than 60 countries on five continents. Among the major world producers, China, India,Expand

Index of plant hosts of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum
TLDR
An index of plant hosts of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is presented, showing the importance of knowing the phytochemical properties of these hosts to identify the carriers of the virus. Expand
