In this paper, we introduce the Ocean-TUNE project which aims to provide a community testbed for underwater wireless sensor networks. We focus on the recent developments of UCONN's Ocean-TUNE testbed. Specifically, we describe the hardware and software systems, the evolution of the testbed and our vision of the Ocean-TUNE project. Recent experiment results collected from the testbed are also presented and discussed.
