Occurrence of Salmonella spp. in broiler chicken carcasses and their susceptibility to antimicrobial agents

Abstract

The present study was carried out to evaluate the occurrence of Salmonellae in broiler chicken carcasses and to determine the antimicrobial resistance profile of the isolated strains.
